The site http://www.identifont.com/index.html provides a means of identifying fonts from various characteristics of upper and lower case letters. Unfortunately , the sample given includes no l/c and only a partial u/c alphabet to work with. Guessing at some of the characteristics from those we can see in the sample, I found that a close, but not exact match is FF Signa, which you can see at identifont.com. The O is not an exact match, nor is the B, but the rest of the letters are quite close. Bear in mind that the logo may be the work of a designer, and not necessarily exactly taken from an existing font. This is sort of suggested by the combination of the W and A. |

I think it might be a customized logo that started by using Organda Bold. I would also agree that the WA ligature looks customized (as does the B), but I think the rest might be 'as is' font. (I realize that doesn't leave much!) See the font at: http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.asp?pid=206469 Banjoman is another possibility, and the B is much closer: http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.asp?pid=206206 Hope that helps! jackburton-ga Google Answers Researcher |
