where can I rent a segway in paris?

I found a place in Paris where you can rent a Segway, however you must
rent them with a guide.

From their FAQ:

Can I rent a Segway without a guide?

"We do not rent our Segways out to individuals without a guide.
Fortunately, since our tours are virtually always full, we need all
machines for the tours."

You can reserve the  Segway Tour in Paris online.
 
Reservations require an approximate 50% ($40 USD) deposit in advance; 


An article states that this is the only place that rents Segways in Paris.

Tours, an American owned and run operation, owned not by Mike, but
David Mebane. He has the exclusive contract with Segway as the only
tour operator to have these machines."
