Leader-ga,
I apologize in advance for not offering more money in order to answer
this question, but after researching this subject, it seems as if you
would be able to answer this question best and at this time I can not
offer more.
I was in NY (Queens County) and went through a "steady red light". I
am from Pennsylvania and my license and my license plate is both
registered in PA. On the ticket it states my license plate was
registered in NY, but it is actually a PA License plate. If I were to
get pulled over in NY again, will they have a record of my previous
ticket if they enter my plate as a PA plate? But more importantly, I
may not have the funds to pay the $150 first offense ticket in the
next 15 days. What are my options? I can not go to NY to dispute the
ticket, so I guess I am wondering how much my penalty will be if I do
not pay in the next 15 days?
I will accept a partial answer if you are unable to answer both questions. |
