I service loans and often receive irregular payments an sometimes at
irregular dates. I need a table on which I can first enter the
principal balance, loan date and interest rate and then enter payments
as and when they come in and keep a record of the same, distrubute the
payments between principal and interest and provide a current
principal balance. I DO NOT WANT OR NEED AN AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE.
The old DOS program, PerSense had such a table but I have trouble
running it and printing on the newer windows operating systems. The
Windows version does not include the "Arbirary Loan Screen." .

I have searched through many loan servicing listings but b=nothing
gives me what I need.
