where can I find a user's guide and support for canon dr-3020 scanner
(canon is no help)?

The user's guide (which was distributed electronically on the Setup
CD-ROM with the unit) has been elusive thus far; however, I have found
the driver downloads, if that is what you mean by support. Do you
happen to have access to the Setup CD-ROM, and the scanning software
that was also distributed on it?

It looks like the only downloadable support for this document scanner is:

Do you already have this? With the exception of the help files in the
ScanGear program, there does not appear to be any other documentation
available from Canon or any other source.

I have the driver.  Was looking for the user's guide.  Do not have the setup CD-ROM
