I signed a new lease two days ago for an apartment in NJ. I just
found out that my job will be sending me out of state. Do I have any
rights to cancel the signed lease without losing the security deposit
or the broker fee I paid? What are my rights?

For the price you have offered I can point you to an online guide that
explains your rights and specifically addresses 'Leases' and 'breaking
leases'.

Would you like this online manual as an answer?
