What facilities  are recognized as best to evaluate and determine best
course of action for a healthy 57 yr old male that had a laminectomy
25 yrs ago and a double fusion (L1-L2-L3) in 1999. Nerve damage
paricularly in right leg. Is more surgery needed? And how can I best
maximize quality of life for the next 25-30 years?(anywhere in US)
