I have managed to locate the name of Roger Taylor's business manager,
but unfortunately no contact address of the management company.
However, I have located the name of his tour manager and name and
address of that company.

I spoke with the International Queen Fan Club, and they gave me an
address that they said would forward anything to Roger Taylor and his
Manager and then if needed, his manager could get in contact with you.
From what I gathered... it is preferred by either R. Taylor or the
manager not to give the information out.

This thread is old, but in case you're still checking, I can tell you
with authority that anything you send for Roger to Jacky at the
Official International Queen Fan Club will eventually get to Roger
Taylor.  He and Brian May still work with her very closely, and prefer
that you go through the Fan Club (rather than Jim Beach) for any
contact.  I've been at the Fan Club office when both have stopped by,
and Jacky forwards all mail to each member.
