I am a Peace Corps volunteer currently working in Guyana, South
America. There are about 60 volunteers here in-country focusing on
IT, Health and Education. I am trying to put together a database for
volunteers to go to so that they can easily look up resources for
projects that they are working on or would like to work on. What I
need to know is, are there any listings, directories databases already
in existence than can help with our work. I need to know everything
from funding resources, donations of materials, Returned Peace Corps
Volunteers (RPCV's)that have started philanthropy groups,
organizations in the United State, Europe, international as well as
Guyanese that would be able to help us in our efforst. I eventually
would like to put this into a big database here in Guyana.
