Hi maggieprecious,

Have you used the Print Preview function?

Print Preview

This function is the standard Windows Preview function used to see
precisely how your document will be printed. You can view either a
single page at a time, or view two pages simultaneously. You can
scroll through all the pages and zoom in and out for details.

Click on File, Print Preview.

The type font face may be larger than it needs to be to fit on one
page. If this is the case, click on the magnifying glass icon with the
- (minus sign) in it to decrease the size of the font used.

The Print Preview function can be used to check your settings. Once
the Preview function shows that the whole page fits on a single sheet
you can use the Print function on the left side of the Print Preview
page to print.

Best regards,
tlspiegel
