Nothing on Elise Breen, I'm afraid. It is not even clear whether she's
a real person - she's only listed as the individual who registered the
web address for the Tsaparang Trust, and who can be reached through
that phone number, the second one of the two e-mail addresses, the
telephone number and the same P.O. Box. But she's not listed in the
telephone directories.
