Hello gui_google-ga,

Great question! Since I'm in the process of trying to get back in
shape after having a baby, I've been doing quite a bit of research on
this topic myself.

Some of my favorite sites for fitness motivation and tips are part of
About.com. They have a variety of sites on different activities and
each site is run by a human expert "guide." They have newsletters,
great articles, and forums where you can find motivation from
like-minded individuals. Pop-up ads can get a bit annoying, but if you
can overlook those, their content is first-rate.

My favorite site for fitness at About is the Walking site where you'll
find hundreds of tips, great motivation, and a free Walk for Life
email program (it's hard to ignore the daily newsletter program!).
http://walking.about.com

Depending upon your interests, there are several other sites at About
which may interest you including bicycling, bodybuilding, inline
skating, running, tennis, swimming, martial arts, nutrition, exercise,
etc. You can find links to the individual sites listed under "Fitness"
on the sports page:
http://home.about.com/sports/ or Fitness/Wellness on the
Health&Fitness page:
http://home.about.com/health/.

Other good fitness sites include:

Just Move
This site from the American Heart Association can help you develop a
personalized fitness plan and track your progress online.

Nutricize
Good articles, customized programs and success stories.
http://www.nutricise.com/

Fitness Online
This site includes articles and tips from seven different fitness
magazines for free: Men's Fitness, Natural Health, Muscle & Fitness,
Muscle & Fitness Hers, Flex, Shape, and Fit Pregnancy.

As far as meditation sites go you may want to check out:

Mind-Body Therapies
Many great articles, tips, and links on meditation from the About.com
Alternative Medicine site.
http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/mindbody/

The WorldWide Online Meditation Center
Introduction to meditation, a variety of meditation techniques and a
glossary.
http://www.meditationcenter.com/

Learning Meditation
A good introductory site to get you started
http://www.learningmeditation.com

Yoga Basics
Some of the great material on this site has recently been moved to a
"members only" area unfortunately, but there are still plenty of free
articles and tips available to non-members.
