This is what I want to do, but I'm not too sure about the legality of it.

I want to take user's opinions, thoughts, feelings, and such on
specific songs and publish them.

For instance, For Artist X's song Y, User Z said... "this reminds me
of high school, yadda yadda yadda"...

I would not include lyrics or any other specific information besides
the artist name, the song title, and possibly the album the song is
off of.

Researchers would hesitate to participate since they have no insurance
that they would be paid for their answers. Perhaps you can choose
several researchers and pose your questions specifically to them in
seperately posted questions.
