Where are you wanting to remove it from?

if you dont want to resolve the address to its proper ip add to the
file C:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
after the line
127.0.0.1 localhost
another one 
127.0.0.1 http://qau9.hpwis.com/

127.0.0.1 is your computer (localhost) and as that domain resolves to
your computer you have 'removed it'
