Don't laugh too hard, I thought it was funny too but my friend is
freaking out! He's only 35 in decent shape with about 20 extra pounds,
does not smoke and drinks only occasionally. One night after a few
beers too many at his bachler party he confided in me the fact that
over the last 4 - 6 years he has started to go bald and more
importantly he is worried about the slowly declining pressure of his
ejaculations! (Ouch) He says that his sex drive, the overall sensation
and all of the other mechanics could'nt be better, "it just does not
shoot out as far" as when he was in his twenties. As a matter of fact
he says all that he gets now is a "strong dribble." I told him I would
look it up on the net as he is also suffering from symptoms of the
digital divide (Smile) I appreciate any help or links to helpfull
sites that you guys, or girls can give me to print out for my best
friend of nearly 30 years.

Hi there extraextra!

Thanks for your question.

There are several tests that a Urologist can do to determine if your
friend's got a problem or not, however I think what your friend is
experiencing is probably normal. As the prostate gets larger with age,
the ejaculate force can decrease as a result. But, he may want to get
this checked out just to be on the safe side.

These tests are explained here:

Kegel exercises would probably help to strengthen your friends
"puboccocceygeus" muscle (PC for short). A weak PC muscle means a weak
orgasm and a weak ejaculation. Strengthening the PC muscles by
properly doing kegel exercises each day?should improve the ejaculation
distance/pressure, as well as ejaculation control.

The PC Muscle:
"It is the most famous of the pelvic muscles that cradle the internal
sexual organs. The PC muscles, which run from the pubic bone to the
tailbone in a figure eight around the genitals. The PC muscle plays a
vital role in both male and female sexual response -- the jolts and
spasms of orgasm are caused by the rapid involuntary contractions of
the PC muscles. Kegels, the exercises designed for strengthening the
PC muscles, are named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, who developed the
vaginal workout in the '40s to help for women with urinary
incontinence."
