How can someone find a buyer for real estate property on the quick ...
are their companies who liquidate property to facilitate and expedited
sale?  For instance, if someone inherited property is using a real
estate broker for the property in another part of the country, but
can't seem to get any movement on the land.  Please advise.

It may be helpful if you name the city the real estate is near or in.
Other information may also be helpful. ie Is it more valuable than the
homes of neighbors? Is it 800 square feet or 8000 square feet?   Neil

It's land in Arizona ... undeveloped ... outside Scottsdale.
