Here's a program just for this purpose: http://www.dvdtox.com/dvdaudioripper.htm

"This program allows you to rip audio from your DVDs and convert them
to MP3, WAV, OGG, and WMA formats. It supports ID3 tags, batch file
conversion, converting audio of each chapter to an individual file,
ripping from specified start time and end time, and can automatically
shutdown your computer when finished."

I tried the DVD-Audio Ripper here:
http://www.allformp3.com/dvd-copy-software/dvd-audio-ripper.htm

And purchased it immediately for $29.00. It works exactly as
advertised. I could not be happier.
