"w/o refrigeration" is a little vague. Is this in a cooler, a cabinet in an air-conditioned room, or on the dashboard of your car in Arizona in Juy? |

According to my mother-in-law, who is a culinary arts teacher, turkey will enter a "danger zone" after 2 hours of no refrigeration. At that point, the bacteria will multiply to a point where it may make you sick if you eat it. |
