pentium-ga:
Both Resident Evil Zero, and Resident Evil 4, are only available for
the Nintendo GameCube as a result of a special deal between Capcom
(the makers of RE) and Nintendo. You have asked for versions of these
games that you can download for use on a PC, but due to this special
arrangement there is no version of either game that is compatible with
a PC. The software is optimized for the special hardware found in a
GameCube.
Can you clarify how you would like us to proceed?

GameCube programs are not available for download through any legal
means, as GameCube software is distributed only on GameCube CD media.
You can order the GameCube software online through retailers such as
Amazon.com, but you cannot download the software. The software itself
is encoded onto the CD media using copy protection techniques to
prevent casual copying. Within the current definitions of the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act, any attempt to extract the software from the
CD and alter it (such as for use with an emulator) is considered
illegal. Google Answers' terms of service forbid Researchers from
providing information that would aid in the commission of illegal
activity, in particular copyright infringement. Therefore, it is not
possible for you to receive an answer to this question as you have
stated it.

Please also note that the comment below from user "spikezrocks-ga" is

programs for Nintendo GameCube programs fall into the category of
apparatus used to reverse-engineer and bypass copyright protection
systems.

No, unfortunately after Capcom signed the exclusive agreement with
Nintendo to only develop the Resident Evil product line for the
GameCube, all development for other platforms was halted. The PC
platform was not even discussed as a possibility prior to that
exclusive arrangement, sorry.

Would you like to lower the list price first? This can only be done
before I post an Answer, and I personally do not feel that the
information I have provided you thus far is worth the list price you
currently have for this question! :)
To lower the list price, click on the "Edit Question Parameters"
button that you should see at the top of this page, and change your
list price from US$200.00 to whatever value you feel is appropriate.
The reason for my concern is that it is difficult for me to imagine
the bad news I have given you being worth $200, when what you were
originally looking for was a way to access these games without needing
to use an actual Nintendo Gamecube and physically acquiring the games.
Please advise,

First, please accept my apologies for the number of clarification
requests prior to posting this summary of our discussion. I hope that
you can attribute it to my desire to ensure a satisfactory customer
experience!
To summarize our discussion, you inquired about any methods available
to you to purchase for download, the Capcom games Resident Evil Zero
or Resident Evil 4, for use with a PC.
In our discussion, I advised you that Capcom has an exclusive
agreement with Nintendo, that makes it so that these new additions to
the Resident Evil product line are only available for Nintendo gaming
platforms. Currently, Resident Evil Zero and the upcoming RE4 are for
the Gamecube platform exclusively. You can read more about this here:
http://ps2.ign.com/articles/098/098282p1.html
Incidentally, at the bottom of that article you will see a listing of
all of the Resident Evil games released up to the date of the article
(Sept 13, 2001) and the platforms they are available on.
Our discussion then turned briefly to alternate means of getting
RE-Zero or RE4 for use on a PC; a commenter mentioned the possibility
of using an emulator on a high-powered PC to accomplish this.
Unfortunately, as I indicated in the clarifications above, this would
be illegal under the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
As the IGN.com article indicates, however, the exclusive arrangement
between Capcom and Nintendo is not forever; therefore, in the future,
it may be possible that the Resident Evil games will once again be
developed for the PC platform. Until then, the only way to enjoy these
games will be to purchase a GameCube and the games themselves. You can
find a wide selection of prices through Froogle:
http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=resident+evil+zero
http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=nintendo+gamecube+system
I hope that this discussion has been helpful to you!
