I have a resume typed in PCF Adobe.  It is "locked" so that I can't
edit or change it.  How do I translate the document into Word Perfect,
or format that I can edit?

by entering the password that the original owner of the document put there
in some cases copying and extracting may not be disabled , in that
case you can select the whole document and paste it into word ,
however the results may not always be satisfactory

There are various password-removal tools available for PDF.

Does this document have a password that prevents you from opening it,
or just security to prevent you from changing it?
