I'm trying to find the manufacturer, of a piece of areator type gas
scrubbing equipment. The name listed on the data plate is link-belt?
The equipment consists of a large 12' H x 12' W stainless steel tank
with a compressor and filters. All mounted on one large steel skid?

I am not posting this as an answer, since I cannot be certain that
this is the manufacturer you seek. Link-Belt seems to be mainly
engaged in the manufacture of cranes rather than gas scrubbers. You
might want to email them with a detailed description of your equipment
to see whether or not they can assist you.

Does it have an FCC ID? If so you could look this up..
