Usually, an internet explorer error issue can be fixed in the
following fashion: go to add/remove programs, scroll down to internet
explorer, and click the remove button. you should be given a choice
to either repair or remove IE. click the repair button, and
IE/outlook express will be restored to it's original install
configuration. should solve yoor problem.

installation. if you choose not to format you hard drive when you
reinstall you should not loose any of your information.
