Usually, an internet explorer error issue can be fixed in the following fashion: go to add/remove programs, scroll down to internet explorer, and click the remove button. you should be given a choice to either repair or remove IE. click the repair button, and IE/outlook express will be restored to it's original install configuration. should solve yoor problem. aloha from honolulu |

you might want to try reinstalling windows over your current installation. if you choose not to format you hard drive when you reinstall you should not loose any of your information. |

Use this link to troubleshoot your program. Using the Msconfig Utility in Windows Me http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q281/9/95.asp 1. Click Start, click Run, and then in the Open box, type "MSCONFIG" (without the quotation marks). Click OK. 2. In the System Configuration Utility (MSConfig) window, click to select the Selective Startup button. 3. Click to clear the check marks from all of the choices below Selective Startup. 4. Click OK to close the MSConfig window. Click Yes when you are asked to restart your computer in order to enable the changes. 5. When the computer restarts, none of the startup selections will run. does the isseu still exist? |
