I forgot where I registered SnapHelpDesk.org ..  Can anyone determine
the registrar, and specifically the URL of the configuration login
page?

Glad to hear this worked out for you.

I found the registrar information by conducting a Whois search at:

http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/whois/index.jhtml

for snaphelpdesk.org.  


This identified eNom, Inc. as the registrar of record.  Thanks to
rajjesh-g for the post in "Comments" providing the link to the
configuration page.
