What company's Identity Theft technology is Microsoft adding to its Windows Toolbar?

My best guess is it is Netegrity.  (NETE)  The stock has had a hard
time the past two days.

Netegrity will be bought by Computer Associates for $10.75 per share. 
Windows XP sp2 did not contain identity theft code that I could tell.
