Hello again nanis55-ga (Ana), I can see why you?re very concerned about the support your son is getting at school. I have located lots of information to help you with making sense of what your tutor suggested about reviewing your son?s AIP. The information on the Palm Beach County Schools website should lead you to the rules, regulations and procedures that apply. I suggest that you identify the appropriate contact people for your son?s school and ask them to advise you about your son?s situation in accordance with the required procedures. I wish you well for getting your son the help he needs so that he can successfully move on to high school. ~ czh ~ http://www.stjohns.k12.fl.us/cl/tea/05/AIP-02-03.pdf Academic Improvement Plan (AIP) Guidelines ***** This is a 7 page paper that explains AIP procedures in plain English.
