I am looking for consumer protection reference materials that are
published in video format such as DVD, videotape, or digital broadcast
(streaming).
Specifically, the materials I seek are aimed at average US consumers
to assist them in understanding consumer rights and laws in areas of
banking, consumer purchases, legal disputes, foreclosures and
reposessions, automobile purchases, home improvement transactions,
home purchase transactions, credit report disputes and credit repair,
public utility disputes, and self-representation in court.

The materials to be identified may be for any US region, county,
state, or federal jurisdiction. The question is intended only to
identify the source of these materials, such as website, publisher,
author, distributor, retailer, or other provider. Also looking for
the cost of these materials.

Clark Howard answers telephone caller's questions on these topics
starting at 3 pm Eastern time Monday though Friday on many talk radio
stations (usually on AM radio rather than FM) following Rush Limbaugh.
He seems to be very accurate and interesting and without the adgenda
which is probable in the sources you mentioned. Try
www.clarkhoward.com That worked on my computer even though the URL
says http://clarkhoward.com Thanks for asking. I plan to join his
message board. Top center of the website is "find your radio station"
About 20 lines down on the left: "listen to the show 1 pm to 4 pm
eastern" which I suppose is some kind of streaming audio, likely
absolutely free. Neil.
