Thanks for looking into it. We'll see if the Israeli Foreign Ministry
lead pans out.
I should have noted in my original question that I thought I read
something in the last couple of years which asserted that Turkey had
backed/does back Azerbaijan in its dispute with Armenia.  Since Israel
is on friendly terms with Turkey, and allied with Turkey on some
levels, the rationale for such an action may lie therein. Or maybe
not.

Have a look at this page:

They give a pretty current status report of relations (economic and
otherwise) between Israel and Armenia.  They mention that Armenia does
a substantial amount of trade with Israel.  There's no mention of
sanctions.

As politicalguru-ga noted earlier, it's hard to prove the negative. 
But it certainly seems that if sanctions did exist, they would have
been noted at the link above.

What additional sort of information would bestmeet your needs on this topic?

From my searches so far it seems that answer is a definite "no".
However, since it is difficult to prove that something doesn't exist,
I contacted the Israeli Foreign Ministry. Hopefully, they'll respond
with an official answer.

Israelis celebrate their Independence Day. So, no expcted offical
response till Wed.(at least).

I can add to the mix the fact that there are several sites with
near-current (2003-early 2004)statements by high Armenian government
officials and other Armenian interests about the good and improving
trade relationship between Armenia and Israel, as well as statistics
from at least two sources showing that Israel is one of Armenia's
largest trading partners.  And I, too, have found no evidence that
economic sanctions have been imposed by Israel.

yes it had, probably!
in this web page from the federation of israeli chambers of commerce,
the federation proudly announce alone with many other thing that their
lobbies' had succeed in recent year to erase four state from the list
of state that has limit on import to israel, the four state are
Indonesia Malaysia, Macedonia and Armenia. so the answer to your
question is not any more.
