I am looking forward to hier a Business Development Manager for the UK
and therefore I want to know which is the best way to start a search
for such a candidate and also the if i take services of a recruitment
agency then which agency should I go for  as I want to know
specifically the name of the agency and why we are a software company
and now entering into IT eanbled services.

Start by writing a job description that specifies as specifically as
possible what you expect of the new employee:

Then before engaging a search firm, which will probably cost you at
least 12,500 times the amount of this question, a suggestion would be
to network with employees, customers, suppliers and partners to see if
you can quickly identify two or three candidates.

Considering my experince of the same field I agree with omnivorous-ga
that you should  network with employees, customers, suppliers and
partners to see if
you can quickly identify two or three candidates.
