I read that operating cash flow per share should be at least 20%
greater than the companie's EPS. I am clueless when it comes to
accounting/finance. Can someone please explain:

1. what is operating cash flow per share?
2. why should it be 20% greater than the companies EPS?

Please use examples to help me understand it as I'm a visual guy and
try to keep it as simple as possible.

There is a post in Google Answers regarding this but it's still not
clear to me so please do no ask me to refer to it.

Thanks,
mediatek01
