I have been offered an ownership share of a startup new bank. Could
you please advise me as to what that really means, How is it different
than becoming a depositor and when the bank goes public - by the mere
fact that I am a depositor I get the ability to buy shares at a
discount. Also where can I learn more about the mechanics of runnin a bank.
