How to install linux 9.0 on top of XP home? I have Windows XPHome
edition and now I want to install Linux 9.0 and make it as a dual
boot. Can you please help me on this. If possible step by step
instructions on how to install and setup.

You should specify the distribution you are inquiring about.  Many
distros are entirely different, as far as the install goes.  Once you
choose a distro, please come back and clarify your question.

Back up your data (which you should be doing regularly anyway), boot
the install CD, and follow instructions.
