I am looking for examples of a particular kind of tote bag and need to
show that this type of bag existed in the market at least before
August 2002.
I have asked our various bag-makers, their answers have been:
- This kind of bag has been on the market for many many years.
- They have seen it at the low end up to the high end market.
- They have never seen a "Patent Pending" or "Patent" on any these bags.
However, they don't have any catalogues or other materials showing these facts...
I am looking for images / samples that this kind of bag exists!

You have said "I have images if needed as well." Those images would be
very helpful. Could you provide a link to some pictures? Otherwise, a
researcher could go on a wild goose chase lookin for side-zippered
tote bags that don't match what you have!
