Hello. I believe that you're thinking of "pfifltriggi." This was a type of aliens in C.S. Lewis' space trilogy, Out of the Silent Planet. (1938), Perelandra (1943), and That Hideous Strength (1945). See: Google: pfifltriggi "silent planet" ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&q=pfifltriggi+%22silent+planet%22&btnG=Google+Search The books is, of course, widely available at libraries or booksellers such as: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0743234901/ ------ search strategy: pfifl pfifltriggi pfifltriggi "silent planet" I hope this helps. | |
