I am working on a project to collect the autograph of every boxer
muhammad ali ever fought-of the 50 boxers ali faced I now have
everyone except rudi lubbers-do you have an address or phone number
for mr. lubbers or any information that might help me locate him?

Best place to go to is the Dutch Boxers Union, called the NBB, the
Nederlandse Boksers Bond.
Their email address is boksennl@planet.nl

They only operate the phone in the morning (please note the time
difference).

Their site has a lot of information on Lubbers, but unfortunately,
only in Dutch.

(He has the same name as a former Dutch prime minister, now US
commissioner for refugees so adding some boxing terms is essential.)

your information is of no value to me -perhaps you could email the
Dutch Boxers Union & get the information I requested in my original
question-phone number,  current employer,or current address would do

Hi Flash: Do not worry about the language. You will find that at the
Dutch boxers union they will not only speak rather good English, they
deal with all this kind of requests since Rudi Lubbers is rather
famous and they want to shield him off a bit.
They most likely even have an autographed picture available. 
I do see that it would have been helpful to add also the international
access numbers. You will have to dial (your international access code)
31 411 04 54 for the phone number.
Do not forget to include your address when you email them. 
 
Do let me know when you run into problems. I'm living myself in China,
otherwise I would already made a call for you, but that is not that
easy.
