I need a service  in which we can receive US phone number (possible
with PBX), but when customer calls to this number a call transferred to
our customer service department over IP and somebody from customer
service can answer the call from regular PC connected to internet
(VoIP), this is a solution for something like callcenter.
I found same service with call forwarding (internationally) to regular
phone, but i need a phone-to-PC solution.

For your customer service they will chagre you 15$ a month

But i recommend you to use www.superphoneunlimited.com , that is what
many of call centers world wide use, but it requires broad band
internet connection.

and setup is very simple.

www.aipcom.com has its iPBX can work with Vonage and IP Phones.  It
will allow you to route calls over the Internet (Remote Offices /
Remote Stations)
