If you are a corporation and have one bricklayer working for you, do
you have to be in the bricklayer union?

If you are talking about a corporation in the United States, I don't
think any state requires that bricklayers must be union members. In
fact, some states have "right to work" laws that forbid companies from
requiring union membership as a condition of the job.
