Outlook uses the same formate of the email you receive when replying.
For instance, if I receive a plain text email, when I click on
"reply," Outlook formats this in plain text. If I receive an HTML
email, my Outlook "reply" will be in HTML. I am using a custom
stationary and want to use it when replying to plain text emails. How
can I do this while replying -- NOT creating a new message? My
stationary is a background picture, so simply inserting a picture will
not work.

Just to be sure, you are asking about Outlook and not Outlook Express?

Plain text e-mail will not show your Outlook customizations and
backgrounds in general. Try sending yourself a plain text e-mail as a
test and WYSIWYG but remember you are using the same program.
Sometimes the reader can't even receive your e-mail and you are forced
to change to plain text as well. They also willl not be likely to
receive smilies, etc.

IMO, just reply in text and hope for the best. Ask for a return read
receipt for verication. If you are using MS Word as your editor,
disable this feature and this may help.

We ran into snags when trying to communicate via iNotes Web based
e-mail and Outlook. Disabling MS Word as the editor actually resolved
most of the problems and we discovered it totally by accident!
Good luck. HL
