The fact that it is duel and each state has somewhat different rules
and proceedures is moderately burdesome, Worse several international
entities such as NAFTA, GATT, WTO, United Nations plus many county and
city governments are enhancing the bueaructratic nightmare which is
especiaaly hard on small business who are rarely spared the
afflictions placed on the big corporations.
As a reform, I suggest that we tell everyone less than ten million
dollars per year GROSS to be nice, be concerned for the future
inhabitants of planet Earth as well as the present citizens, pay what
you think is a fair amount of tax. Write us a letter occasionally,
giving us some samples of your complience. Expect a visit from our
auditors if you get very far out of line, otherwise have a nice day.
