This series of questions is all related to inpatient hemodialysis for
a non medicare designated facility. (I would like this information to
be specific to Onslow County, North Carolina but if that is not
possible, extrapolated from State or National numbers will do.)

1.	How many End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) hemodialysis (HD) patients
are located in Onslow County, North Carolina? (I have found
information from the usrdr.org website from 2001 but I am not certain
if it is the most current or if I have found all of it.)
2.	What is the percentage of HD patients that will require
hospitalization on an annual basis?
3.	What is the average length of stay per admission per HD patient?
4.	What is the percentage breakdown by primary diagnosis for inpatient
admissions for HD patients?
5.	What are the top diagnostic related groups (DRGs) within each
primary diagnosis for inpatient admissions for HD patients?
6.	What is the average incremental cost per HD patient per admission,
all things considered to include room charges, pharmaceuticals, HD
treatment, supplies, etc. for inpatient HD patients?
