I wanted to add that if you are allergic to soy, you may want to check
on the origin of the lecithin in three of the products mentioned
above. (The only powder that does not contain lecithin is Nitro-Tech)
Lecithin may be isolated from either egg yolks or soybeans. Therefore,
if allergy is a concern, please check with the manufacturer concerning
the derivation of the lecithin in their product.
