I would like to know where I can find basic information (primarily the
latest financial results and major shareholders)for the following
companies. I am not interested in any information on Courts Plc.

Courts (Barbados) Ltd
Courts (Jamaica)
Courts Mammoth Berhad
Courts (Mauritius) Ltd
Courts (Singapore) Ltd

On a whim, I looked at the Courts Singapore website, and found their
annual report, analyst presentation, and other financial information
posted there for all the world to see.

Is this the type of information you need?  If so, would links to the
documents suffice as an answer to your question?  (Before saying yes,
be aware that not all the companies may be similarly forthcomoing as
the Singapore company).

sites) would suffice as long as they give me the latest financial

I'm not aware of any jurisdiction that requires public companies to
routinely report on who its major shareholders are, so I probably
won't be able to help you on this one.

These all look like 'Offshore' companies whose accounts will not be
available to the general public.

I believe they are all quoted on their local stock exchanges.
