Code for Unlimited health:
At the Extras Screen, press Y, White, Black, Black, White, Y, 
Black, Black, Black, Y, Y, Y. 

If it works just let me know and I will gladly post it as the official answer.

Im pretty sure that code is for buffy the vampire slayer (the first
game). I don't think it will work for chaos bleeds but I'll try and
tell you how it goes. Thanks a lot for trying to help :]

Well I tried it out and got boop-kas. Im afriad that code is only for
the first game not for chaos bleeds. I appreciate your efforts though.

Yeah those are the exact codes I found. Ugh why must it be so damn
difficult to find a cheat code for health? Who plays a game without
using a health code? :]
