I got the same restart message when I rebooted. I loaded ATI wonder
VE software along with an ATI TV Wonder VE PCI card. I have Pentieum
III, Windows XP, 1700MHz, 256MB RAM.

I think it may be a registry issue. This card and softwared loaded up
just fine on two other computers. I've tried iKernel engine upgrade
and some other fixes.
