Researchers please note: I phoned the Poison Control Center at:
1-800-222-1222. They found nothing in their data base(s) with the
description posted in the question. They've been able to identify
medication to me before but this time nothing came up.

Chewy295 - they suggested you take the pill to your nearest pharmacy
and see if they can identify it.

Best regards,
tlspiegel

Hi Chewy295,

I believe you have a pill of 20 mg potassium chloride manufactured by
Warrick Pharmaceuticals. I checked the eFacts database, and the
picture and description of the pill match what you have described
above (white pill, oblong, scored on one side, imprint W-1714).

Potassium chloride is a supplement to increase the potassium level in
the body. Here's the information from the USPDI Advice for the
Patient (available from the National Library of Medicine's MedlinePlus
system): http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/uspdi/202473.html.

Yours,

Librariankt

It would help to know a little more about why you need to identify the
pill. Have you been prescribed it by a doctor? Are you taking part in
a clinical trial? What packaging does it come with?

All of these little questions would help someone better answer your query.
