Are you looking for a published collection of case studies of people
in 12-step programs, or are you looking for individuals to provide
their own case studies?

12 step programs are anonymous and do not hold any personal
information, if you wanted individual experiences you would have to
ask individuals for there stories, or read biographys of people who
have broke there anonimity.

I myself have been on the 12 step program for 7 years.
