If you were asked to design a vehicle for protein or gene delivery
that either 1)incorporated a recombinant protein that specifically
interacted with actin cytoskeleton to facilitate drug delivery to an
intracellular target site or 2)incorporated an entity that would
modulate an actin-dependent trafficking event to facilitate
intracellular drug delivery, what would you design? Please give me an
example in detail that includes the construction of your delivery
system, its interactions with actin or actin-dependent process, any
anticipated toxicity, its specificity, and its desired cellular
targets.
