YAG laser based marking systems are offered in the market. The systems
use galvos and F-Theta lenses for beam movement and focusing. System
requires a correction table to compensate for errors introduced by the
lens and galvos. How does one design a correction table in the
software in order for the beam to come to the right place on a flat
surface?
