I wear glasses, it is on my license and I was not wearing them when I was cited. I made a left turn after 4 pm according to the police officer, there is a stop sign indicating no left turn after 4 pm. My car's clock was 3 minutes behind due to a service when I think they may have disconnected all power, else I keep it 5 minutes ahead, I did not notice this until this happennned I mentioend it to the police officer but he still gave me the ticket |

Ignoring the times (what time did they actually stop you according to a) them and b) your clock) it would seem a bit silly to complain about your eyesight and not wearing your glasses at the time - certainly in the UK I believe your licence would be invalid if you weren't wearing your glasses and your licence said you needed them... (No, I'm not a lawyer...) |
