Need examples of how Execs interact with their assistants using Outlook

I need to put together a tutorial about the delegation feature in
Outlook/Exchange. I have 2 goals for this presentation/demo.

#1 - I am trying to show 5-10 specific ways to use Outlook?s
delegation functions can help an executive make better use his/her
executive assistant.

#2 ? I want to be able to talk about what features are actually in use
out there by real world executives and their assistants. Case studies
or other examples would work good here.

I need the following info:
#1 - 5-10 specific ways that Outlook?s delegation functions can help
an executive make better use his/her executive assistant. Please
avoid the ones I am listing in the ?Here is what I already know?
section below. There are probably plenty functions that I don?t know
about. Doesn?t have to be a ?delegation function? but needs to be a
cool way to use Outlook to make the whole assistant thing happen
smoothly.

#2 ? A few case studies or other examples of ways real world
executives and their assistants are actually using Outlook/Exchange to
interact, track, manage, and work together.

#3 ? I need links to any tutorials that will show me how to actually
use any neat features you tip me off to. I only know about the items
listed in the ?Here is what I already know? section below, so you can
skip them.

Requirements:
Any features shown must NOT require any third party software. Just
Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003.

Here is what I already know:
-	How to share a mailbox, calendar, contacts, etc in a public folder
-	How to give an assistant access to your Tasks, Calendars, and Notes
-	How to give someone access to your email Inbox
-	How to (with the help of your exchange admin) be able to bring up
someone?s entire outlook mailbox (email, calendar, tasks, etc). The
one I mean is setup in the Outlook profile under ?open these
additional mailboxes? in the More Settings button.
-	How to send an email on behalf of someone (if there are any advanced
tips on this, that would be helpful)
-	How to setup a meeting for someone and even add them to the list of
invitees so they know about it (if there are any advanced tips on
this, that would be helpful)
-	How to receive meeting invites for someone so you can keep their
calendar up-to-date (if there are any advanced tips on this, that
would be helpful)
-	How to assign Task Requests to someone, and how that someone can
send updates to that task (I got this one down cold, no need for more
info).

that?s all I know about, I?m sure there are many more that thousands
of the secretaries and assistants of the world know about that I
haven?t stumbled across yet. Please find some of them for me.

thanx in advnce
