I am building and using a webservices in C# using notepad. I have built the
webservice. Now I am trying to use it. It works fine in my local directory 
under the same virtual folder. However, when I run it from a win app
under a different virtual directory I get the following error Message:
Compiler Error Message: CS0246: The type or namespace name 'WService'
could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly
reference?)
